My.Dynalite is the new home for all product documentation, firmware and software downloads, resources, and training.

Alongside all the Dynalite resources you are used to, all the great tools from Dynalite Cloud have also moved into the new portal, bringing unified access to manage your projects and teams.

From its launch on March 2nd, system integrators will have access to manage thier teams, with simple granular permissions. Users can choose to keep projects in a personal space, or share to collaborate with colleagues across their organisation, and invite other users such as installers and freelance technicians to individual projects.

Introducing Dynalite Assist, our new AI powered support agent.

Dynalite Assist is designed to make it easier than ever to discover the content you need, saving you the time it might otherwise take to search through our website, brochures, spec sheets or other technical documentation for the answer you seek.

In its launch version, Dynalite Assist provides a chat-based interface where you can ask for knowledge in plain English, such as “Can Dynalite support BacNet Integration?” to get advice, links to products and specifications of the supported integration fields.

You can also ask more technical questions, helping to find individual specification details, or links to commissioning steps.

Reimagined and rebuilt from the ground up, an all-new Dynalite Design Studio is coming soon.

Its capabilities have been greatly enhanced, including support for Dynalite’s expanded range of user interfaces, including the Revolution family with multi-gang frames and 4” touchscreen.

From it’s launch in April, our new Design Studio will be an integral part of the My.Dynalite portal, with panel designs stored within projects for easy access during design and ordering and future extras or spare part ordering.

In line with Dynalite’s new brand, our software suite has been refreshed, plus improved user experience and navigation.

Within System Builder, tools are now grouped under convenient tabs in the new ‘Ribbon’ navigation bar. Some tabs remain permanently displayed, whilst others appear only when they are contextually useful – for example drawing tools when you are working on a floorplan.

System Builder quick start and support wizards have been further expanded with the addition of Dynalite Assist, helping users to access and discover knowledge from the extensive documentation library via a sidebar natively inside the app.

Array is a modular, customisable design language for Dynalite digital user interfaces.

With its intuitive design, a choice of updated themes and iconography, ‘Array’ helps partners to quickly and consistently deliver beautiful looking interfaces for customers.

As part of its latest update to the UI Creator application, Dynalite is delighted to bring Array to its larger touchscreen, the HD resolution 7” PDTS.

Through a simple, grid-based interface, users can easily drag, drop and customise Array widgets from a library of options. Widgets cover the range of devices which the Dynalite platform controls, including lighting, climate control, curtains, blinds and fans.

Dynalite Switch App is coming soon!

Following its public beta, the ‘Dynalite Switch’ mobile app will be available to iOS and Android customers worldwide in the Apple® AppStore® and Google® PlayStore® from March 31st, 2026.

The all-new mobile app, provides a rich and intuitive interface based on the Dynalite ‘Array’ design language, enabling control of all the devices Dynalite supports, including lighting, climate, fans, curtains, and blinds. In addition, Array macros can be intuitively created in the app for multi-action triggering.

For partners focused on residential applications, such as property developers and high-end homes, Dynalite has confirmed that support for Matter integration will be commercially available on March 2nd.

Matter integration provides customers with enormous choice and flexibility, allowing all of the services that Dynalite controls to be accessible via the apps and voice assistants of Apple, Google, Amazon and Smartthings ecosystems.

From March 2nd, once setup by a certified installer customers can simply scan a QR code on the PDTS display to pair their smart home and select how to display and name their Dynalite controlled services. Support for the PDDEGS gateway via a QR code on the device webpages will follow in early Q2.
