Signify Dynalite launches refreshed Software Suite, ‘Switch’ Mobile App and Matter integration.
Dynalite Pro Workflow
The Pro Workflow suite, including Dynalite System Designer, System Builder, System Manager, and UI Creator, empowers system integrators to seamlessly design, commission and manage projects built with Dynalite’s leading lighting and space control platform.
In line with Dynalite’s recent rebrand, the software suite has been refreshed with a new aesthetic and some functional enhancements to improve user experience and navigation.
Within System Builder, tools are now grouped under convenient tabs in the new ‘Ribbon’ navigation bar. Some tabs remain permanently displayed, whilst others appear only when they are contextually useful – for example drawing tools when you are working on a floorplan.
System Builder quick start and support wizards have been further expanded with the addition of Dynalite Assist, helping users to access and discover knowledge from the extensive documentation library via a sidebar natively inside the app.
Phil Main, Global Dynalite Software Product Manager, said:
“We know that our partners use these tools to deliver projects and run their businesses on a daily basis, so we are always looking for ways to make that experience simpler, faster and more efficient. We hope that the refreshed interface and in-app access to documentation makes that easier, both for new partners and those which have been with us for years.”
‘Array’ lands on the Dynalite Touchscreen
Originally launched in 2025 for the Revolution Display, Array is a modular, customisable design language for Dynalite digital user interfaces. With its intuitive design, a choice of updated themes and iconography, ‘Array’ helps partners to quickly and consistently deliver beautiful looking interfaces for customers.
As part of its latest update to the UI Creator application, Dynalite is delighted to bring Array to its larger touchscreen, the HD resolution 7” PDTS.

Through a simple, grid-based interface, users can easily drag, drop and customise Array widgets from a library of options. Widgets cover the range of devices which the Dynalite platform controls, including lighting, climate control, curtains, blinds and fans.
‘Macros’ can also be added, helping customers to trigger a range of actions with a single tap – such as ‘Good Morning’ macros, which can affect lighting, open curtains and adjust the temperature.
Where used in commercial spaces, business logos can be added for further customisation.
Stephen Craggs, Head of Product for Dynalite, said:
“Feedback on Array for Revolution has been fantastic, so we are excited to bring this to our larger touchscreen, another important step towards our goal of Array being the consistent identity across all of our digital user interfaces. We look forward to further expanding Array with more options and widgets in the future.”
Dynalite ‘Switch’ Mobile App
Following its public beta, the ‘Dynalite Switch’ mobile app will be available to iOS and Android customers worldwide in the Apple® AppStore® and Google® PlayStore® from March 31st, 2026.

The all-new mobile app, provides a rich and intuitive interface based on the Dynalite ‘Array’ design language, enabling control of all the devices Dynalite supports, including lighting, climate, fans, curtains, and blinds. In addition, Array macros can be intuitively created in the app for multi-action triggering.
Ideal for both residential and small commercial use, the app can be personalised with a homepage background photo or company logo, plus support for 13 languages. The new interface includes powerful scene management, including support for tuneable white and full colour, with further customisation features coming soon.
In addition to local access over Wi-Fi, users can now remotely control their services via Dynalite Cloud. The new App is backwards compatible with current install bases and gateways* through a simple activation step. Partners can refer to the Dynalite portal for guidelines.
For Apple® iPhone® users, the interface embraces elements of the new Liquid Glass user interface, helping to make the app feel as native as possible within their workflow.
Matter Integration
For partners focussed on residential applications, such as property developers and high-end homes, Dynalite has confirmed that its support for the Matter gateway will be commercially available on March 2nd.
Matter integration provides customers with enormous choice and flexibility, allowing all of the services that Dynalite controls to be accessible via the apps and voice assistants of Apple, Google, Amazon and Smartthings ecosystems.
Once setup by a certified installer, customers can simply scan a QR code on the PDTS display or PDDEGS webpage to pair their smart home and select how to display and name their Dynalite controlled services.
The Dynalite Matter bridge function is certified by CSA, the global IoT standards organisation CSA, of which Signify is a founding member (https://csa-iot.org/all-solutions/matter/).
Support for the Dynalite Matter bridge functionality has been expanded to both the PDTS (v2) and the PDDEGS (v3) gateways. All devices shipped after March 2nd will be shipped “Matter ready”, while existing devices can be upgraded through updating to the latest firmware version from the Dynalite partner portal.
