This competition is designed to recognize and celebrate the exceptional work of our partners in creating innovative, scalable, sustainable, and human-centric lighting control solutions across a wide range of industries.

Our partners are at the forefront of creating sophisticated lighting systems that are tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients. Through these awards, we hope to showcase the creativity, innovation, and excellence of our partners across all industries and project types, and to recognize the diverse ways in which our partners are making a positive impact in the world.

Categories

We are inviting our partners and associates to submit their best projects for consideration in the following eight award categories:

• Education
• Healthcare
• Hospitality
• Office & public spaces
• Residential
• Retail
• Sports & leisure
• Warehouse & industry

In addition to the application categories listed above, we will have five additional prizes up for grabs:

• Innovative integration award
• Sustainability award
• Scalability award
• Human-centric design award
• Project of the year

The Integration, Sustainability, Scalability, Human-centricity, and Project of the Year awards are open category awards that are not restricted to any specific industry or project type. These awards are meant to recognize outstanding achievements in areas that are critical to the success of any lighting project.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the awards, projects must have been completed between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 and feature a Philips Dynalite control system. Integration with other systems such as DMX and Pharos is permitted, as long as the use of Dynalite products is substantial. All entries must include at least one photo. It is preferable that you supply at least 3 photos for our judges to properly evaluate your submission.  

Entries will be judged by a panel of Dynalite experts based on the following criteria:

• Ability to meet the customer’s brief
• Creativity and innovation
• Design and aesthetics
• User experience and satisfaction
• Sustainability and environmental impact
• Use of integrated 3^rd party systems

Entries are open from Monday December 16 2024 to Friday February 28 2025. Please read below for the full list of terms and conditions.

How to enter

The online entry form is available here. Please complete the form and email your project photos to dynalite.marketing@signify.com by Friday February 28 2025. A minimum of one photo per submission is required, however 3 or more photos is preferred. Please only include photos that you have the right to use. If you have any video footage, case studies, or other supporting documentation that is relevant to the submission, these may also be attached to the email.

Each person / organisation is welcome to submit multiple projects for consideration in the awards. Please lodge a separate application form for each project.

Prizes

Winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony in the second quarter of 2025.

The winner in each category will receive:

• Feature on the Philips Dynalite LinkedIn account and website.
• A trophy.
• A gift pack of Dynalite merchandise including but not limited to T-shirts, stickers, and commemorative lapel pins.

Shortlisted entries may also receive a feature on Philips Dynalite’s website and/or social media platforms.

Terms and conditions

By entering the Dynalite Partner Awards competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• You agree to the use of your submission for marketing purposes by Philips Dynalite.

• You give consent to Philips Dynalite to contact you about your submission.

• You confirm that you have obtained permission from the end client to talk about the project publicly and use any photos or videos included in the submission. Philips Dynalite is not liable for breach of copyright if you submit photos you do not own the rights to.

• All entries must be received by the competition deadline and must have been completed within the specified timeframe of 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
• Your project must prominently feature Philips Dynalite products.

• Once announced, the results of the competition are final and cannot be disputed.

• Winners will be notified by email and may be required to provide additional information to claim their prize.
• Philips Dynalite reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the competition criteria or these terms and conditions.

• Philips Dynalite reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

• The competition is open to all certified partners (CSIs), sub-dealers, lighting designers, interior designers, architects, engineers, or other professionals associated with the lighting control project, including Signify end-user sales teams. Employees of Philips Dynalite and their immediate families are prohibited from applying.
• By entering the competition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Philips Dynalite, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or in connection with your submission.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the competition is held.

• By entering the competition, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the competition is held.
