Signify Dynalite launches all-new partner portal, AI powered tools, and panel Design Studio.

A new, unified partner portal

My.Dynalite is the new home for all product documentation, firmware and software downloads, resources, and training.

All of the great tools from Dynalite Cloud have also moved into the new portal, bringing unified access to manage your projects and teams.

Access to the new portal has been simplified. Though a single login* with your Dynalite account, you can now access the full suite of online tools in the portal, as well as all desktop and mobile applications.

Through the portal, CSI Managers have access to simple, granular permissions for their teams. You can choose to keep projects in your personal space, collaborate with colleagues across your organisation, or invite other users such as installers and freelance technicians.

When you securely store project files in Dynalite Cloud, they can be accessed directly from the portal, natively within System Builder and from within Dynalite’s mobile apps.

Unlimited project storage is provided free of charge to all certified Dynalite partners, with project files and job notes automatically backed up with full version control history.

From a continuously updated gallery, Dynalite will proudly showcase its partners incredible projects as wallpaper for the My.Dynalite login page.

Introducing Dynalite Assist

Dynalite is proud to hold a broad set of documentation including specification sheets, commissioning guides and other knowledge sources from Signify’s global teams. These resources are now accessible via a new AI powered service called Dynalite Assist.

The goal of this new service is to make it easier to discover the content you need, saving you the time it might otherwise take to scour Dynalite’s website, brochures, or other technical documentation for the answer you seek.

In its launch version, Dynalite Assist provides a chat-based interface where you can ask for knowledge in plain English, such as “Can Dynalite support BacNet Integration?” to get advice, links to products and specifications of the supported integration fields.

You can also ask more technical and commissioning questions, like “What is the DyNet power output of the DDRC-GRMS-E?” or “How do I set a dry contact input to support motion logic?”

The new support agent is accessible via Dynalite.com, My.Dynalite and natively within System Builder, so it’s always nearby to help you find information and links to related resources.

Dynalite Design Studio

Reimagined and rebuilt from the ground up, Dynalite Design Studio has received a major upgrade.

Its capabilities have been greatly enhanced, including support for Dynalite’s expanded range of user interfaces, including the Revolution family with multi-gang frames and 4” touchscreen.

Design Studio is now an integral part of the My.Dynalite portal, with panel designs stored within projects for easy access during design and ordering, and future extras or spare part ordering.
