Key Features
The DTK622-232 has been within the Dynalite range for many years. First allowing commissioning teams to directly connect their PC from an RS–232 port to an RS–485 DyNet network. PCs no longer support RS–232 ports as standard, but it was still a useful integration device for passive communication to AV or other 3rd party system found within projects.
A new device, the PC-232N (Philips Dynalite – RS-232 Node) is now available with a robust signature design.
The new PC-232N has a custom housing in Australian gold color. It has cable-tie mounting locations to allow for the device to be secured into unique locations such as IT racking or 3rd party panel installations.
Separate indicator LEDs for DyNet Power (Red) & Data activity (Green) help give a quick visual of the device’s connection status.
The device continues to support a 5-way pluggable socket.
